Who I am is an accumulation of choices, experiences, and the energy people feel around me. My path has taken me from hockey player to wildfire leader, from growing up in financial challenges to Ivy League opportunities. I have been gifted diagnoses that challenged my body to reconnect with health, which has now brought me to the tops of mountains around the world. These pivots weren’t predictable, but they taught me to prepare with presence and to carry peace lightly through each day.
At my core, I am rooted in movement, belief, and breath. Since childhood, I’ve noticed how energy returns like a boomerang — the more I wished wellness for others, the more love came back for me to share again. My practice in leadership has always been grounded in doing the work, showing up with intention, and leaning on the strength of community.
I believe every being carries a light, one that only gets blocked by fear or uncertainty. My purpose is rooted in identifying the stones and guidance along a path of strength and resilience so the light can be uncovered. Let’s reconnect with R potential and live with deeper presence.
My energy is an invitation: to play more, breathe deeper, push further, and feel alive for as long as we choose. With love and gratitude.

I have always been driven by curiosity — asking “why” and “how” at every turn, from questioning my father’s rules as a child to connecting dots across sports, classrooms, and life’s challenges. Life is shaped by pivots: my major moves coming from stepping away from the promise of medicine, letting go of a sport I played for 17 years, and releasing others’ expectations of who I should be. I am reminded everyday that fear clings, but love lets go — and choosing to let go and love has guided me into a life rooted in healing, discovery, and purpose.
My fascination with the Blue Zones brought me towards a concept of living a guided life - rather than a long one, as this occurs when purpose aligns. This attracted individuals to my path that were living their unique “ikigai” and I became quickly obsessed with the power of asking the right questions. One that changed everything for me was simple yet radical: “What if cancer is not the disease, but the way we treat ourselves?” It redirected me from treating symptoms to pursuing prevention, from individual health to collective reconnection. Surrendering to the questions and seeking guidance has since led me into soil science, where I found the perfect meeting point of my passions: the hidden microbial universe, regenerative practices, and the way the Earth’s health mirrors our own.
This exploration has found its place with what the world needs and my own strengths as a curious scientist. Today, my work bridges soil and medicine, weaving modern science with Indigenous wisdom. But my passions lie in regeneration, which begins with play, presence, and reconnection. I love people — and it’s us that will support the health of our world and the soil beneath our feet.
